The trail is 1 mile long and outdoors on pathways through Dartingtons Grade II Listed Gardens. It will take around 45 minutes to walk the trail, plus any extra time you may spend enjoying our themed traders. You're may than welcome to stay as long as you like and walk around the trail as many times as you wish.
This is a family friendly event open to all ages. Our trail is wheelchair, pram and mobility scooter accessible.
The experience is outside so we suggest coming suitably dressed for all weather conditions with suitable footwear.
The trail takes place in the stunning grade II listed gardens at Dartington Hall, Dartington, Totnes, Devon, TQ9 6EL.
From the A38: Take the exit signposted to Totnes, Dartmouth and Kingsbridge via the A385. After 5 miles, the estate’s Upper Drive entrance is signposted on your left, just before Dartington village.
From Totnes/the coast: Follow the A385 though Totnes and Dartington village until you see the signposted entrance to the Upper Drive on your right. Please note that the Lower Drive entrance between Totnes and Dartington is closed at night.
Once you arrive on the site follow the signs to the Wonderglow Trail, heading through the archway to Dartington Hall.
Please make sure to arrive before your booked time slot to walk from the car park, use our on-site facilities and enjoy our on-site traders, selling hot food and drinks.
Dartington Hall estate operates a pay to park operation from 9am until 6pm (free outside of these times), the income of which helps support the work of the trust. Machines are cashless or you can use the RingGo app. Note- the machines do not issue a ticket as number plate recognition cameras are in use.

Pathway
The trail is outside with the majority of the route along a wheelchair friendly path with only one installation that is down some steps, however is fully visible from the pathway. Our marshals will be present to assist you should you require it.
Please note the terrain is mixed and there may be some areas where severe weather may effect access.
Lights and Sounds
Although there will be some flashing lights there will be no strobe effects. Haze will be used in some installations.
There will be atmospheric music and sounds but no loud bangs or jump scares.
Assistance Animals
Only trained assistance animals are allowed with their owners. No pets are allowed.

If you are in receipt of the highest rate of Disability Living Allowance (DLA), SDP, or enhanced rate Personal Independence Payment (PIP) benefit or you have an access card with a +1 shown, we offer a FREE carer’s ticket. Please reply to our Customer Service team with your booking number and proof of entitlement. We will then refund you 1 ticket.
Yes please! We encourage you to fully enjoy your experience and take photos to remember your Wonderglow experience. However, we respectfully ask that photos are for non-professional use. Please contact us directly should you wish to use images commercially.
Yes, you can bring a pram. However, we ask you to leave bikes and children's scooters at home.
